All participants must complete the official Youth Camp 2025 Registration Form before attending the camp. You can either fill out our convenient online form or download the PDF form. Both require signatures from a parent or guardian and the Circuit Minister. This confirms parental consent and church endorsement, ensuring that every participant is supported by their family and local fellowship.
Please fill in all sections carefully, including medical and emergency contact details. For online registration, submit immediately. For PDF forms, bring the signed form when you arrive for registration at the camp.
